I want to change my order

We cannot modify the content of orders in progress (modification, deletion or addition of an article).

Indeed, once the order is validated, it is directly processed by our logistics department and cannot be modified.

Tip: in case of an error just after placing your order, you should know that a "cancel your order" button is available in the "My Orders" section on the order in question until your order is prepared (this action is impossible if the order is being prepared).

You can change the billing and delivery address from your customer area as long as the package is not being prepared.
