What is the status of my order?

You can follow the progress of your order at any time on your account.

Here are the details of the steps:

- waiting for payment: You have not yet paid your order. You can do so by using the drop-down menu to select the payment method.

- in preparation: Your order has been validated and our logistics department is working on preparing your package.

- package in preparation: The preparation of your order is finalized! The parcel will soon be given to the carrier.

- order sent : The package has been given to the carrier. Click on the tracking link to find out where your package is.
