General policy on the protection of personal data

Design'Partner attaches the greatest importance to the protection of its customers' personal data. Design'Partner is therefore committed to processing your personal data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

1. Use of your personal data

We may collect, process, transmit to third parties personal data when necessary to provide services to customers:

Delivery data, billing data: name, first name, address, e-mail, telephone number, etc.
Order data: products purchased, visuals to be marked, quantities, sizes, colors, etc.
Customer follow-up data: after-sales service requests, correspondence, customer notices, etc.

2. How do we use the data we collect?

Design'Partner uses your data for the purpose of performing the service you have ordered. This data is kept for as long as is necessary for the execution of the service and/or for the legal period. Without this data, Design'Partner would not be able to perform the services you have ordered.

3. Right of access, rectification and opposition

You have the right to access, rectify, portability and deletion of your data and to define directives on the fate of your data after your death. To exercise these rights, you must send a letter to our head office, accompanied by a valid ID.

4. Data protection and security

Design'Partner makes every effort to take appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data.

Your personal data may be processed by Design'Partner's subcontractors and partners for the purposes of managing and delivering the services you have requested. Your data may also be transferred to third party service providers who provide services or assistance and advice to Design'Partner. Design'Partner's subcontractors and partners may be located outside the European Union. Design'Partner will ensure by contract that such subcontractors and partners comply with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
