I received an item that was too big/too small

We invite you to compare the measurements of the items received with the size guide that you will find in the description of the item. If the dimensions are different (including the manufacturing tolerance of 2 cm), we invite you to make a claim on your customer area. You will be asked to provide a photo of the measurements.

To make a complaint, go to the "My orders" section of your customer area and click on the "+ options" button.
