I would like to return some items

If some of your items do not suit you, you can make a return request on your customer area.

From the "My Orders" section, you can click on the order in question and click on the "More Options" button to make your request.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the package. The return conditions applicable to individuals and professionals are different, you will find more information in our GTC (article 7).
